Hey all! Happy St. Patty's Day! Make sure you are eating something green today (that doesn't include green beer). It's especially on days like today when we lose sight of our nutrition so I just wanted to send a friendly reminder to everyone celebrating St. Patty's Day drinking and eating bar food to not completely forget your veggies! I'm definitely one of those people who often has a hard time getting the right nutrition, especially while training and double especially on holidays. That's why I started drinking these Naked Juices (Green Machine is my favorite... plus I thought it would be appropriate to talk about some green things with it being St. Patty's Day and all).
Each juice is made with all natural ingredients and is jam packed with nutritional value. Not only does the Green Machine have all the fruits to make it taste AMAZING, but it also has broccoli, spinach, barley grass, wheat grass, ginger root, and kale to get all those vitamins and minerals into your system.
